Levelling the playing field. Permanently.
Independent accommodation owners are the soul of travel. Vivere Stays exists to help them compete, grow and protect what makes them special.
Tobias Jörk
CEO & Co-Founder, Vivere Stays
At Vivere Stays, we believe that independent hotels, B&Bs, apartment short-term rentals and any kind of small accommodations are the soul of travel. They offer authenticity, local character, and genuine hospitality that big hotel chains simply cannot replicate.
Having experienced the beauty of independent lodging across the world — and later witnessing the enormous pressure these owners face from increasing competition and outdated manual pricing — we created Vivere Stays to empower them and rebalance that equation.
Revenue management was the biggest undefended gap.
The tools existed — but they were built for enterprises, priced for enterprises, and required entire teams to operate.
Vivere Stays was built to change that. Not just dynamic pricing — real competitive parity.
We believe technology should simplify hospitality, not complicate it. Hence, our mission is to give small and independent accommodation owners the simple, intuitive technology they deserve — as easy to use as their mobile phone — so they can maximize revenue, control costs, and compete successfully against larger players, while remaining true to what makes them special.
We don’t just automate pricing. We fight for the survival and prosperity of independent hospitality worldwide. Because the future of travel should not belong only to large chains. It should also belong to the independent hoteliers who make every destination feel authentic.
The fight for independent hospitality is worth having, and we intend to win it.
Technology should make independent hospitality stronger.
Competitive parity
Independent owners deserve access to revenue intelligence that was once reserved for large hotel groups.
Simple by design
Powerful technology should feel intuitive, practical and easy to use — not like enterprise software from another era.
Authentic hospitality
The future of travel should protect the local, human and authentic places that make destinations worth visiting.
